The problem

Local businesses lose Google reviews simply because nobody follows up after an appointment. Asking by hand does not scale past a few dozen customers a month.

What was built

A Laravel SaaS that syncs with the client's booking calendar and sends a review invite 24 hours after each visit automatically, plus a Chrome extension for the team's daily workflow.

Why it was hard

Thousands of businesses depend on invites firing at the right moment. Calendar integrations, queueing, and deliverability all had to stay reliable while new features kept shipping.

Booking a trusted plumber or electrician in a tier 2 city runs on word of mouth. Customers cannot see availability, and providers have no way to receive and track jobs.

What was built

A Laravel marketplace plus a Flutter app on Google Play: 60-second booking, pay-after-the-job, partner onboarding, vendor assignment, and live job tracking end to end.

Why it was hard

Customers, providers, and operations all needed different apps over one data model. Getting that right is architecture work, not feature work.

How do we start working together?

Message me on WhatsApp or send the form at the bottom of this page with two lines about the project. I reply within a few hours during 9am–9pm IST. If it looks like a fit, we have a 15-minute call, and you get a written scope, timeline, and fixed quote within 48 hours. No sales sequence.

Do you sign NDAs and contracts?

Yes. I will sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive, and every engagement runs on a written agreement covering scope, milestones, payment, and IP. If you do not have paperwork, I will bring a simple one-page version.

Who owns the code?

You do, completely, once final payment clears. The repository sits in your organisation from day one, not mine, so you are never locked in or waiting on me for access. Same for servers, domains, and third-party accounts.

How does the timezone work for UK and US clients?

I am in India on IST. That gives me a full overlap with the UK working day, which is why my longest-running client is British. For US clients I keep evenings free, so mornings on the East and West Coast are both callable. Day to day, most communication happens on WhatsApp or Slack rather than in meetings.

Can you take over a codebase someone else wrote?

That is a large share of what I do. The safest way in is the $900 audit: I spend five days understanding what you actually have, tell you honestly whether it is worth saving, and give you a ranked fix plan. If you then want me to do the work, that decision is made with real information rather than optimism.

How does billing work?

Projects are billed in milestones, typically 40% to start, 40% at the agreed midpoint, and 20% on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Audits are paid upfront. I invoice in USD and accept bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Every build includes 30 days of free bug fixes after launch: if I wrote it and it is broken, I fix it at no charge. After that you can move to a support retainer or just call me when you need me. I have clients who have been doing the latter for a decade.

Are you a solo developer or an agency?

Solo and senior, by choice. You talk to the person writing the code, which is the whole point. When a project needs design or dedicated QA, I bring in people I have worked with for years and stay accountable for the result myself.

Do you use AI to write the code?

I use AI tools to compress repetitive work: scaffolding, refactors, test stubs. Architecture, data modelling, and anything security-sensitive get senior human judgment, and nothing ships without my review. The benefit to you is speed, not a lower standard.
